The board of directors meeting of the company held on October 13 decided to propose 5 percent stock and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Electricity Regulatory Authority and its upcoming AGM.
In this regard, the company is conducting its 10th AGM on NOvember 4 in Anmol Banquet, Shankhamool, Kathmandu at 9:30 am.
For this, it will close its book on October 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 26 will be eligible to attend its AGM and announced dividend.
