Sanima Bank (SANIMA) has started auctioning 2,718,835 units of promoter shares from March 21. The auction is biddable by promoter shareholders, banks and financial institutions and any interested parties, individual and company.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 200,000 units of promoter shares at a minimum price of Rs 180.
The bank has appointed Sanima Capital as its issue manager. The auction will close on April 8.
The gold price has gained while the silver price has declined on March 16.
