The auction is biddable by promoter shareholders, banks and financial institutions and any interested parties, individual and company.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 200,000 units of promoter shares at a minimum price of Rs 180.
The bank has appointed Sanima Capital as its issue manager.
