The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 40 percent dividend including 22 percent cash and 18 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
Presently, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 1 billion that will reach Rs 1.18 billion after the bonus share distribution.
Moreover, the meeting will approve financial reports of the last FY, amend Article of Association, delegate authority to BOD and appoint an auditor for the current FY.
For the AGM, the company is closing its book on April 29, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 28 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
