The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 27.11 percent stock and 17.21 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger procedure with suitable partners.
In this regard, the company will close its book on December 2-16 thus the shareholders registered in its book till December 1 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.18 billion that will reach Rs 1.50 billion after the bonus share distribution.
