The company has called out 22nd AGM on December 7 in its registered office, Putalisadak through a video conference at 11 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend its article of association as per the change in its capital.
