The company issued 800,000 units of primary shares worth Rs 80 million at a face value of Rs 100 per unit from September 27-30.
A total of 2,030,955 applicants had applied for 24,400,370 units of shares. Out of them, 16,033 applications were canceled. Only 2,014,922 applications were approved for the allotment.
In the allotment, 74,400 applicants were provided 10 units of shares, while the remaining applicants have been left empty-hand.
