The bank will provide ID and passcode to those shareholders who are willing to attend the AGM through a virtual medium.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 6.65 npercent stock and 0.35 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and to amend article and memorandum of association as per the requirement of the regulatory bodies.
In this regard, the bank will close its book on December 19, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 18 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
