The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 0.789 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book on November 17, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
