Mutual Funds’ Investment Value on Shares Increased In Kartik

In the month of Kartik, the investment value on shares of mutual funds have increased compared to the previous month of Asoj. As per the monthly report published by the funds, all 27 mutual funds operating in the country have increased t investment value on shares.

In the month of Kartik, NEPSE index rose by 127.62 points. During the period, the funds logged increase in NAV as well as investment value on shares and fixed deposits with BFIs.

 In the month, Global IME Sammunnat Fund logged the highest increase in NAV. The NAV of the fund increased by Rs 1.65 while NIBL Pragati Fund logged the lowest increment in NAV of Rs 0.03.

During the period, 17 out of 27mututal funds record growth in investment value while 10 have logged a decline. In the review period, Mega Mutual Fund logged highest growth in value by 39.71 percent. Meanwhile, NIBL Samriddhi Fund logged a decline in the value by 63.53 percent.

In the month, the bank deposits of all mutual funds increased by an average 2.26 percent. In the review period, Sanima Equity Fund logged the highest increment of 170.68 percent in bank deposit.

Moreover, the funds increased their fixed deposits by 4.33 percent.
