The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 70 percent stock and 3.68 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and increase its authorized and issued capital, and elelct two directors from ordinary shareholders.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on March 26 thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
