The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing now amended 14.285 percent stock and 0.714 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Previously, the company had announced of distributing 26 percent stock and cash dividend of 7.15 percent.
The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and increase its authorized and issued capital, and appoint an auditor.
The company is closing its book on March 31 thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 30 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
