In the issue, out of total 1,446,985 applications, 1,791 applications were canceled. Out of the remaining 1,445,194 applications, 182,047 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery. Out of them also, 5 were provided an additional one unit making a total of 11 units.
The company issued 1,957,500 units of ordinary shares worth Rs 195.7 million at a face value of Rs 100 to the general public from July 4-7. Out of the total offered units, the company had secured 2 percent i.e. 39,150 units to employees and 5 percent i.e. 97,875 units to mutual funds. The general public could apply for the remaining 1,820,475 units of shares.
