The company issued 393,750 units of shares worth Rs 39.3 million at a face value of Rs 100 million from August 31-September 4. Out of the total offered shares, the company secured 0.5 percent of issue capital i.e. 5,470 units to employees and 5 percent i.e. 19,690 units to mutual funds. The general public could apply for the remaining 368,590 units of shares.
In the issue, a total of 1,838,751 applications were received out of which 1,315 applications were canceled while 1,837,436 applications were approved for allotment. Out of them, 36,859 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 70 million that will reach Rs 109.2 million after the capitalization of the ordinary shares.
