The company is issuing 2,580,000 units of shares having a face value of Rs 100.
In this regard, the company has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking as its issue manager.
An agreement was signed in the office premises of Nepal SBI Merchant in this regard. The agreement was signed by Dev Raj Adhikari, CEO of Nepal SBI Merchant and Ram Chandra Sharma, Chairman of Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism.
As per the agreement, all the tasks related to the issuance will be carried out by Nepal SBI Merchant Banking.
