The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8.50 percent stock dividend and 0.44 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Similarly, the meeting will approved the proposal of increasing its issued and paid-up capital.
Likewise, the meeting will also amend its article of association to increase its authorized capital to Rs 6 billion.
In this regard, the company will close its book on April 21, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
