The meeting will endorse a proposal of distirbuting 10 percent stock dividend including 9.49 percent stock and 0.51 percent cash dividend to its shareholders, approve a proposal of borrowing loans after discussion and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on May 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till May 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
