The bank is closing its book on October 9 for upcoming annual general meeting (AGM), thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 8 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Sanima Bank is conducting its AGM in October 19, in Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Chandol, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 9 percent stock and 5.70 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint and auditor.
