The bank earned a net interest income of Rs 3.81 billion compared to Rs 3.61 billion in the review period of the previous FY. In the review period, the bank's operating profit increased by 42.65 percent to Rs 2.58 billion.
In the last FY, the bank has maintained an impairment charge of Rs 49 million as compared to Rs 647 million in the previous FY. In the review period, the bank's earnings per share increased from Rs 21.96 to Rs 28.04.
The bank has a strong capacity to distribute dividends to ordinary shareholders. After regulatory adjustments, the bank earned a net distributable profit of Rs 1.21 billion in the last FY. After adjusting bonus shares and cash dividend from the accumulated profit of the previous year, the total distributable profit of the bank has reached Rs 1.21 billion. Based on ordinary shareholders, the bank's distributable profit per share stood at Rs 20.23.
The bank's paid-up capital has increased to Rs 6.02 billion from Rs 5.68 billion in the previous FY. The bank's total equity stood at Rs 10.67 billion.
The bank collected deposit of Rs 98.47 billion from its customers and extended loan to its customers reached Rs 78.24 billion. The total assets of the bank increased by 8.21 percent to Rs 1.13 billion from Rs 104.46 billion in the previous year.
