Prudential Insurance has endorsed 60 percent right issue proposal through its SGM. The SGM conducted in Hotel Ichhya, Simara, Bara approved a proposal of issuing 10:6 right shares to its existing shareholders.
The company will issue 3,849,120 units of right shares in a bid to meet the minimum paid-up capital of Rs 1 billion as per IB directive.
After the right issue, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.02 billion.
