The bank is conducting its 14th AGM on December 24 in its head office at Dillibazar, Kathmandu at 11:15 AM.In this regard, the bank is closing its book on December 13 thus the shareholders registered in its book till December 12 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 13 percent stock and 0.68 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to merger/acquisition and amend its article and memorandum of association.
